Riverbench Wine Selection: Riverbench Vineyard was established in 1973 when the first Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were planted on the bank of the Sisquoc River, known as the Santa Maria Bench. They started off by selling the fruit to local wineries and then in 2006 they began producing their own wines in limited quantities and today operate one of Santa Barbara’s best loved wineries and tasting rooms. Today, they are leading the sustainability movement in Santa Barbara County with SIP sustainability certification as well as being a fellow Certified Green Business.

Riverbench Chardonnay: This Reserve is perfect for those seeking a balance of toastiness and acidity. Made in a more buttery oaked style, it has a lovely nutty flavor along with aromas of roasted hazelnut, charred peaches, vanilla ice cream and lemon zest.

Riverbench Pinot Noir: Earthy, rich, and assertive, this Pinot Noir hones in on black and blue fruit flavors. It has aromas of pomegranate, cranberry and orange rind, with hints of wild herb and bay leaf.
